Kevin was a real star throughout the whole trip. His patience was second to none especially as we had some guests who were not too good on their feet and took quite a time to get on and off the coach.

He was always cheerful and even managed to keep us entertained with his jokes when we wre a bit tired.

Smooth and safe driving

My husband and I were travelling on the A1 and happened to follow one of your coaches both in slow to stand still traffic and normal travelling traffic.

Your driver drove very safely in all situations he never braked suddenly and kept the coach running very smoothly and left very safe distances.

Both my husband and myself commented that we would feel very happy to have him drive our children around, and felt that confident in his driving that we continued to follow him until the coach turned off the A1 at this time we waved to the children on board and the driver also acknowledged us.

Attentive, helpful and competent

We have just returned from the above holiday and wish to commend your drivers Steve and Sandy for their efforts in making it a memorable holiday. Steve, who's coach we travelled in, was the most attentive, helpful and competent driver we have ever had the pleasure to travel with. Nothing was too much trouble and he and Sandy got their coaches into some pretty tight spots in order that their passengers were not unduly put out. We have thanked him personally but you may wish to record and formally pass on our sincere thanks for his (and Sandy's) efforts - in a job very well done.

Hi! We have just returned from a PGL trip to Paris and wish to let you know that we had a great time, in part, due to our lovely driver Wendy. Ali and Ollie were great too. Wendy really helped to make our trip. She was very professional, knowledgeable about the roads and also Paris itself. She entered in to our holiday and we enjoyed her company in the evenings. She inspired great confidence and the girls really enjoyed being with her. The coach was very comfortable too. We just feel that we had a great service from your company and hope that we will meet up again on our next trip.

High standard of service

Just a short e-mail to appraise you of the high standard of service provided by all your drivers on the above trip.

The UK drivers were Bill(southbound) as well as Doug (Northbound) and the continental drivers were Wendy and Dave. At all times these drivers were smartly dressed and professional taking care to maintain the highest standards of driving and service. They were personable, helpful and prepared to provide assistance to their passengers.
